DEMO SHOPPING AGREEMENT

Agent
This Agreement, entered into this _____ day of ________________, in
the year of _______, between: __________________________________________,
hereinafter known as SHOPPER, and __________________________________________,
hereinafter known as SONGWRITER, when signatured in the respective places
indicated below, is limited exclusively to the parties of signature hereto, and
does herewith constitute our Agreement as follows:
1. SONGWRITER does represent to SHOPPER that said musical work hereof by:
SONGWRITER: _______________________________________________________________________;
DEMO TITLE: _________________________________________________________________________;
SONG TITLES: _________________________________________________________________;
______________________________________________________________________________;
hereinafter known as DEMO has a duly registered copyright(s).
SONGWRITER warrants that he is duly authorized to hereof represent said DEMO and underlying musical composition(s) and/or any and all parties and/or entities with respect thereto, and has the legal right to enter into this Agreement. SONGWRITER does herewith deliver to SHOPPER 10 copies of said DEMO to be used by SHOPPER only with respect to this Agreement and for no other purpose(s) whatsoever.
2. SHOPPER will use the said DEMO to attempt to place such material with those who are in the business to commercially exploit the rights in such material (hereinafter such business is called LICENSER). SHOPPER will continue in this endeavor for a period (called TERM herein) not to exceed 6 months from ______________________________ , 19___ to _________________________ , 19___.
3. SHOPPER will have exclusive shopping rights for DEMO during stated TERM and when stated TERM expires, SHOPPER'S exclusive shopping rights for DEMO will remain only with respect to contacts SHOPPER initiated during the TERM, if any.
