together hereinafter known as ARTIST, when signatured in the respective places indicated below, is limited exclusively to the parties of signature hereto, and does herewith constitute our agreement as follows:
1. ARTIST does represent to SHOPPER that said musical WORK hereof by:

is an original musical composition and has a duly registered copyright.
ARTIST warrants that it is duly authorized to hereof represent said WORK and/or any and all parties and/or entities with respect thereto, and has the legal right to enter into this agreement. ARTIST does herewith deliver to SHOPPER 10 copies of said WORK on compact disks (CD's) and 10 ARTIST Press Kits to be used by SHOPPER only with respect to this Agreement and for no other purpose(s) whatsoever.
2. SHOPPER will use said CD's and Press Kits to attempt to secure a Recording Contract for ARTIST for a period of 6 months (called TERM herein) from ______________________________ , 19___ to _________________________ , 19___.
3. SHOPPER will have exclusive shopping rights for WORK during stated TERM. When stated TERM expires, SHOPPER'S exclusive shopping rights for WORK will remain only with respect to contacts SHOPPER initiated during the TERM, if any.
